Red-shirt chairman Jatuporn Prompan arrives at the Criminal Court in Bangkok on Oct 11, where his bail was subsequently revoked. In the third petition, Mr Winyat said Mr Jatuporn had been detained at Bangkok Remand Prison for 35 days and the time should have been enough to give his client a lesson. He cited a case in which the Supreme Court sentenced a man to 30 days for violating a court order. “Given the current atmosphere I believe no citizen will step out and mobilise their political agenda,” Mr Winyat said. “Mr Jatuporn has also pledged not to repeat the breach of bail conditions if he is released, and he has repented.”The lawyer said the legal team would compile and study all relevant information in order to back a fourth bail application next week.
